Toronto Home Sales Rise 9.4% in June as Prices, Condo Values Slide
Greater Toronto home sales climbed 9.4% from a year earlier in June even as average prices and condo values declined, TRREB data show.
Home sales in the Greater Toronto Area rose 9.4% year-over-year in June, reaching 6,770 units, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) reported. The increase in sales came even as prices moved lower across the market.
The average sale price fell 3.9% year-over-year to $1,058,658. Condo prices saw a steeper decline, down 9% compared with June 2025. New listings fell 12.9% year-over-year to 17,282, a pullback in the supply of homes coming onto the market.
